Want to rent a hillside home with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains of the Azuero Peninsula. Maybe your ideal vacation has you falling asleep each night to the sounds of waves curling onto the black sands of unspoiled beaches.  If your answers are yes, Cambutal Beach Homes (CBH) has a vacation rental for you.

CBH was started to address the growing need in Cambutal, Panama for professional property management of vacation homes. Building, owning, and renting a home in Cambutal, Panama presents numerous challenges. CBH is comprised of a team of individuals who not only love Cambutal, but also have lived in Cambutal and know how to get things accomplished.

Aaron and Brittany are the onsite managers of CBH and live in Cambutal full time and have no plans on leaving. Aaron first started visiting Cambutal in 2005 and moved there in 2009, Brittany joined him there a few years later.

They enjoy the organic beauty of Cambutal both in the ocean and on land. Aaron is an avid surfer while Brittany prefers the equestrian lifestyle; stop by and meet Rabbit, voted most sociable horse in town. Together with family they started Luna Negra, a beachfront restaurant with cabanas on Playa Cambutal.

Gaining experience in construction and management while building a successful local enterprise was natural. They were both excited about starting CBH with good friends Robert and Courtney and continue to be as they progress in their venture together.

 

 

Robert and Courtney are the business managers of CBH and have been together over 10 years after reuniting in Indianapolis, IN where they married and started their professional careers as a nurse and an attorney.

Their love of travel took them to Panama in 2010 on what was supposed to be a two-week surf trip with friends. After less than three hours in Cambutal they realized it is a special and extraordinary place.

What they didn’t know is that it would change their lives forever. They returned from vacation with a dream of building a vacation beach home in a small rural community. Five years later their shared dream is becoming a reality.

CBH is the Panama division of RJR Ventures. RJR was started in 2004 with the purchase and renovation of a single-family home and has grown into a real estate development and property management company that owns and manages residential rental units in the United States and Panama.
